For 45 years I have been part of a Life Drawing group. Members have come and gone, the location has changed, but every week we draw the model. This is my practice, my meditation, and everything else comes from it. Mostly I draw with charcoal - a burnt stick - but lately I have been working with conte pencils, pastels, oil pastels or acrylic or oil paint.
